What could be mistaken for a modern church on the edge of the University of Regina Campus is its Heating and Cooling Plant. The large A-frame structure is not only attractive, it functions better than most similar plants that are little more than big boxes. Meet its designer Clifford Wiens, one of Saskatchewan’s most celebrated architects, as he shares his philosophy for creating this and several other of his outstanding buildings.
