T-Rex Dead Ahead
Explore the simple but elegantly designed T-Rex Discovery Centre in Eastend. Following the discovery of a nearly complete T-rex skeleton in 1994, the people of Eastend and the Royal Saskatchewan Museum joined together with a team of architects to build into a hillside overlooking the town a magnificent paleontology lab and interpretive centre. The result was a building that put the dinosaur bones back in the ground and the town of Eastend on the tourist map.
